Inventory & Stock Control
- Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory records are maintained.
- Verify goods received against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Coordination
- Work closely with Kitchen, Stores, Purchasing, Finance, and F&B; Operations teams.
- Assist department heads in controlling food and beverage costs.
- Participate in periodic stock reconciliation and operational meetings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
