Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Pune City. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their safety requirements and recommend appropriate work-at-height, confined space, and rescue products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting safety training initiatives with accurate product information.



The Sales Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, proper documentation, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship building.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety products or technical aptitude to learn work-at-height and confined space solutions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools for recording interactions and preparing reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and visit client locations as needed.
