Role Description
This is a full-time remote Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at MOREFLEX BORRACHAS LTDA. The CEO will provide strategic leadership, define long-term business objectives, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, setting performance goals, managing budgets, and guiding senior leaders in sales, production, finance, and administration. The CEO will build and maintain key customer and partner relationships, evaluate business performance using data-driven metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. This role also involves making high-impact decisions, managing organizational risk, fostering an inclusive culture, and reporting regularly to ownership or the board on financial and operational results.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.




- Demonstrated ability in administrative assistance and office administration to oversee efficient organizational processes and support functions.
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management to review financial statements, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and change management.
- Strategic planning and business development experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of improving processes and achieving measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
