Senior Systems Administrator Application Support & Endpoint Infrastructure

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise infrastructure, endpoint security solutions, and critical IT applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint Protection/Antivirus, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Windows Server administration, and endpoint support.

The role requires hands-on experience in maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available IT systems while providing Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications. The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, strong security awareness, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Administration
- Administer, maintain,



and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and File & Print services.
- Perform server installation, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor server health, capacity, performance, and availability.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain server documentation, configurations, and asset inventory.

Endpoint Management (MDM)
- Administer enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Configure enrolment policies for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Manage device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment and synchronization issues.
- Support remote device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Implement endpoint security baselines and compliance standards.
