Job Description-

Vishal Builders is looking for an experienced Quality Manager (Civil) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for government building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC works, finishing works, QA/QC documentation, and compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications.

Key Responsibilities-
- Implement and monitor the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) system.
- Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and CPWD/PWD standards.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, structural steel, and finishing works.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents such as ITPs, MIRs, RFIs, WIRs, checklists, cube test reports, and material approval records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors,



and site engineers for quality inspections and approvals.
- Monitor material testing through approved laboratories and ensure compliance with IS Codes.
- Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal quality audits and maintain quality records.
- Train site teams on quality procedures, workmanship standards, and best construction practices.
- Ensure timely closure of quality observations and support project handover documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 510 years of QA/QC experience in Government Building Projects.
- Experience in CPWD/PWD/MES/PSU/Railway projects preferred.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, QA/QC documentation, IS Codes, and material testing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting.
