HR & Marketing Operations Executive

We are developing advanced liquid rocket propulsion and launch vehicle systems and are looking for a candidate who can work on HR and Marketing in a fast-paced, deep-tech environment building rockets.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Visual Communication (VISCOM), Design, or Computer Science, with a Master's degree in Business Administration specialising in HR & Marketing, VISCOM, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience at a manufacturing company or a fast-growing startup in India, preferably in AI or tech-based industries.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition: job postings, sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and offer logistics
- Support organisation development initiatives — onboarding design, role clarity documentation, internal communication cadences
- Act as an HR business partner to team leads: help surface and resolve people issues, support performance check-ins, and maintain HR documentation (contracts, policies,



POSH compliance records)
- Maintain employee records and coordinate with external HR/legal counsel where needed

Marketing & Communicaitons
- Plan and execute internal-to-external content postings across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), aligned with the company's and founders' established content strategy
- Liaise with external PR agencies to develop and execute PR strategy — both company-level announcements and founder-level visibility
- Coordinate with engineering teams to source, review, and transparent technical content (test footage, milestones, imagery) for public posting, ensuring accuracy and no inadvertent disclosure of proprietary details
- Maintain a content calendar and track engagement/PR outcomes against goals

IT & Software Administration
- Manage and administer subscriptions for OneDrive, Microsoft 365/licensing, and other design and engineering-adjacent software (CAD, simulation, or
