Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate B.Sc. Staff Nurse with 2 or more years of hospital experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professional nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Compassionate, responsible, and team-oriented.
