Role: IT Recruiter Teamcenter / PLM Hiring
Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Bengaluru (Banaswadi)

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for Teamcenter / PLM requirements. The candidate should have a good understanding of Teamcenter-related roles and be comfortable handling niche technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Teamcenter/PLM requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Work on Teamcenter roles including Developer, Administrator, Functional Consultant, and PLM Consultant positions.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates based on project and skill experience.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills :
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring for Teamcenter / PLM requirements is mandatory.
- Exposure to Teamcenter skills such as AWC / Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, Teamcenter Development, Administration, and Functional roles. These are commonly used in current Teamcenter role descriptions.
- Solid sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate mapping.
- Strong communication and candidate coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate :

Candidates who have previously handled Siemens Teamcenter / PLM hiring and can independently source niche Teamcenter profiles will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be an added advantage.
