Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Full-Time Fitness Trainer (Male / Female) to join our team in Doraha (Ludhiana, Punjab). This is a role offering full-time hours on-site at our training facility, paired with program planning, client follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

As a Fitness Trainer, you will inspire, motivate, and guide clients toward achieving their health goals while helping maintain a high-energy, positive, and inclusive training environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Coaching: Design, demonstrate,



and lead high-quality personal training and group exercise sessions safely and effectively.
- Form & Safety: Monitor client form closely, offering real-time adjustments, encouragement, and constructive feedback to prevent injuries.
- Client Engagement & Support: Build solid relationships with members, answer fitness-related questions, and provide top-tier customer service to ensure an exceptional gym experience.
- Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, maintain basic client progress records, and handle follow-ups.
- Program Innovation: Collaborate with team members and contribute fresh ideas for program improvements, challenges, and gym events.
