Role Description
The BIM Architect Coordinator role is a full time, on-site position based in the Gurgaon city. This role involves developing, coordinating, and managing architectural BIM models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, construction standards, and client expectations.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture, including understanding of building design principles and codes.
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings,
with experience preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Experience managing Submittals and related documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
- Knowledge of BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or similar tools).
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field; prior experience in BIM coordination or architectural drafting is preferred.
