Role Overview
We are seeking a agile and execution-focused
HR Manager
who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and creating an engaging employee experience. This role requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Own the end-to-end performance management cycle.
- Design and implement performance review frameworks, KPIs, and goal-setting processes.
- Drive quarterly and annual appraisals.
- Partner with managers to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and coach managers through difficult conversations.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
People Management
- Build strong relationships across teams and act as a trusted HR partner.
- Support managers in employee lifecycle management.
- Resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Drive employee retention and career development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently implemented.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and action planning.
- Organize town halls, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
