Role Description
The Program Lead – CPG will oversee end-to-end program management for consumer packaged goods talent initiatives, ensuring delivery against client expectations and internal performance goals. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves planning,



executing, and monitoring programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role includes analyzing program data, preparing reports and dashboards, and using insights to improve processes and outcomes. The Program Lead will engage regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate updates, address issues, and maintain strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include training and guiding team members, enhancing customer service standards, and supporting continuous improvement across CPG-focused programs.
