Role & responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, Azure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Manage container orchestration platforms like Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and ECR.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Ensure security best practices across DevOps processes including secrets management, IAM policies, and vulnerability scanning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in production and staging environments.
- Drive cost optimization and performance improvements across cloud resources.
- Mentor fellow DevOps engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Formal Education :- B.E. / B. Tech Computer Science/ IT / E&TC;
- Work Experience :- 12 to 15 years experience in more than 4-5 customer projects
- Experience of Team Handling is must.
Practical knowledge and experience in the field of
- Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, ECR, CloudWatch).
- Containerization: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD: Strong knowledge of pipeline creation and management using Azure, GitLab CI, or AWS-native tools.
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Scripting: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
- Security: Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure cloud configurations.
- Version Control: Expertise in Git and branching strategies.
- Problem Solving: Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferable:
- Multi-cloud exposure (Azure, GCP) for hybrid environments.
- Experience with service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
- Knowledge of Mendix
