Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Projects (Solar EPC) to lead the execution of Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.



The role requires strong technical knowledge of Solar EPC projects and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, daily progress reports, weekly updates, and MIS reports.
- Manage manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material availability at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and company quality standards.
