Business Analysis & Metrics: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs, track KPIs, and align data projects with overarching organizational goals. Dashboarding & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and update interactive reports and performance dashboards to communicate clear, data-driven narratives .Strategic Insights: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data to make recommendations that drive profitability and process improvements
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Proficiencies: Hands-on expertise with SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and programming languages like Python or R.
- Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Proficiency in visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid problem-solving abilities paired with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex data insights into non-technical, easily digestible presentations for senior management.
- Education & Certifications: A Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or CBAP are highly valued.
