Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Lead to own enterprise reporting transformation for a strategic Salesforce Data 360 initiative. The role will lead Tableau Cloud reporting modernisation, existing report rationalisation, dashboard design, stakeholder engagement, UAT support, and adoption of a streamlined reporting landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tableau reporting strategy, dashboard modernisation, and reporting consolidation activities.
- Assess current reporting assets, identify redundancies, and define report rationalisation / migration approach.
- Design and develop scalable, performant Tableau Cloud dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical reporting.
- Collaborate with business, Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to validate reporting needs and dependencies.
- Establish Tableau design standards, governance practices,
reusable templates, and dashboard performance guidelines.
- Support requirements workshops, dashboard walkthroughs, UAT, stakeholder sign-offs, deployment, and production rollout.
- Mentor Tableau developers and provide delivery oversight for report build, validation, and adoption.
