Role & responsibilities
- Master Production Scheduling: Drawing up dynamic shift schedules and timelines to fulfill client orders on time
- Bottleneck Mitigation: Identifying mechanical or logistical delays on the manufacturing floor and reorganizing lines to maintain constant speed.
- Talent Development: Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and tracking the productivity of technicians and floor workers.
- Shifts Coordination: Managing complex labor setups, cross-training staff, and reviewing overtime limits to balance worker safety and plant output

Preferred candidate profile
- Operations Management: Deep knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management.
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
- Decisive Leadership: Ability to lead large teams and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
