Research and verify Homeowners Association (HOA) information for residential properties across the US. You
will use county records, public databases, and third-party tools to determine HOA status, identify management
companies, and process HOA document orders for clients including Title companies, Mortgage lenders, Law
firms, and iBuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search county assessors, Netronline, Regrid, and state corporation portals to identify HOA
- name and management company for a given property
- Read CC&R; and plat documents to confirm HOA membership and community rules
- Process orders for HOA documents: Resale Certificates, Demand Statements, Lender
- Questionnaires, Governing Documents
- Confirm No HOA cases with documented evidence from all standard research sources
- Handle all property types: SFH, PUD, Condominium, Mobile Home, Vacant Land
- Serve client-specific turnaround times and accuracy standards
- Escalate difficult or ambiguous cases to team lead with a explicit summary
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong internet research skills comfortable navigating government and county websites
- High attention to detail; able to read legal property descriptions and spot discrepancies
- Good written English; able to communicate findings clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in US real estate, title search, or property data research is a plus — not mandatory
