What youll do:
- Project manage complex customer engagements pre-signature and post-signature in line with Sovereign Cloud Engagement case management practice
- Ensure early, consistent, and consumable information flows to speed up the bid-to-signature phase as well as time adherence in the signature to go-live phase
- Eliminate processual disarray for complex Sovereign Cloud Engagement cases with standardized, repeatable procedures that track deliverables
- Multi-level stakeholder management within SAP to structure and strengthen alignment as foundation to enable success of Sovereign Engagement cases
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (infrastructure operations, sales, regulatory affairs, marketing, operations, delivery, product management and legal) to ensure seamless integration and the on-time delivery of key milestones
- Proactive screening for escalation interactions or delivery items with escalation potential and working on solutions to prevent actual Executive Board and/or customer escalations
- Implement a robust collaboration model, governance,



strategy to ensure Sovereign Cloud Engagement cases are aligned with all SAP internal processes and projects according to SAP s Sovereign Cloud Strategy
- Support Head of Sovereign Cloud Engagement and Global Head of Sovereign Cloud Alliances to enforce one holistic Sovereign Cloud Engagement case reporting

What you bring:
- Master s degree or equivalent
- 15+ years of qualified experience
- Experience in sales and/or commercial roles
- Experience in collaborating in complex engagements
- Experience in project management in a multinational context is a must
- Solid understanding of SAP Cloud offerings is a must
- Experience in driving initiatives through multiple organizations
- Experience in communication with senior management
- Experience in SAP s reporting systems
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- English language skills on native speaker level
