Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Lead
with
8–12 years of hands-on experience
in enterprise Java application development and system integration. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL
, along with experience integrating enterprise applications with Salesforce platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable integration solutions, leading technical implementation, optimizing application and database performance, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using
Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA
.
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions between
Salesforce
and enterprise applications using REST APIs and Microservices.
- Develop,



consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Improve application and database performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce teams, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
