We're Hiring | Indirect Taxation Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Indirect Taxation Executive to manage GST compliance, tax reconciliations, and support indirect tax advisory and litigation matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of GST laws and practical experience in handling compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and returns.
Review and management of Input Tax Credit (ITC) and related reconciliations
Handling GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and LUT filings.
Assisting in GST audits, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
Preparation of tax workings and maintenance of compliance trackers.
Keeping track of changes in GST laws and ensuring timely implementation.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams for compliance and advisory matters.
Supporting indirect tax litigation and representation activities as required.
Ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
23 years of relevant experience in GST and indirect taxation.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of GST provisions and compliance procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a CA firm or taxation consultancy.
Exposure to GST audits, assessments, and litigation support.
Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance.
