PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Platform Developer
for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and maintain applications on the PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform.

✅ Configure and implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies and customer engagement solutions.

✅ Develop decision strategies, engagement policies, and business rules.

✅ Integrate PEGA CDH with enterprise applications and APIs.

✅ Perform testing, deployment, production support, and performance optimization.

✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver creative customer decisioning solutions.





Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with
PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Next-Best-Action (NBA) & Decision Strategies
- PEGA Infinity Platform
- REST/SOAP API Integration
- Business Rules & Case Management
- SQL & Database Knowledge
- Agile/Scrum Methodology

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
- PEGA CSA, CSSA, or LSA Certification (Preferred)
