As a Assistant Manager- Outbound Sales, you'll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with high-potential D2C merchants by helping them access financing solutions that fuel business growth. You'll own the complete sales journey—from identifying opportunities and understanding merchant needs to closing deals and driving long-term portfolio growth.

What You'll Own
- Build and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire mid-market D2C brands and eCommerce merchants.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from working capital loans, merchant credit lines, Meta Ads credit, and other growth financing solutions.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand merchant business models, cash flow cycles, advertising investments, revenue patterns, and funding requirements.
- Position lending and credit solutions aligned to each merchant's growth objectives and financial needs.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
