Role & responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and expansion projects.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for current ventures.
- Develop annual business development plans aligned with Group objectives.
- Explore opportunities for diversification and expansion into new markets.

Revenue Generation
- Develop strategies to increase revenue across existing business verticals.
- Identify high-value clients, institutional customers, and corporate partnerships.
- Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and business alliances.
- Monitor revenue performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
- Represent the Group at industry events, trade exhibitions, and business forums.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Prepare business cases and feasibility reports for management review.

Project Development
- Support new project launches and business expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, HR, marketing, and legal teams for successful execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly business development reports and growth forecasts.
- Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
