Role Description
The Corporate Event Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in-person corporate events that support Royal Acquisition’s brand, sales efforts, and client relationships. This role manages the end-to-end event lifecycle, including concept development,



budgeting, timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up. The Corporate Event Specialist collaborates with sales and marketing teams to align event objectives with lead generation and pipeline-building goals, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement. Daily activities include event calendar management, stakeholder communication, creation of event briefs and run-of-show documents, attendee communications, and performance reporting. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, recommending new event formats or channels, and continuously improving event processes.

Qualifications
- Robust event planning and event marketing skills, including experience organizing virtual and in-person corporate events.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to manage stakeholders, attendees, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
