Role Description
The Brand Solutions Senior Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for developing integrated brand solutions and influencer marketing campaigns, from brief understanding to final execution. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and account teams to respond to client briefs, designing pitch decks, and crafting strategic proposals that align brand goals with creator capabilities.



The role involves liaising with influencers and partner agencies, coordinating deliverables and timelines, and ensuring campaigns meet performance targets and brand guidelines. The Senior Associate also analyzes campaign results, prepares performance reports, and proactively recommends optimization strategies and new concepts to enhance future campaigns.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in brand strategy, campaign planning, and proposal development for digital and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, account management, and creative teams.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, derive insights, and prepare clear reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
