Role Description
The Customer Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for guiding recent clinics and hospitals through the end-to-end onboarding process onto the DocTrue platform, including initial discovery, account setup, workflow configuration,



and user/receptionist training. The specialist will collaborate closely with clinic administrators, doctors, and front-desk teams to understand their operations, tailor the platform to their needs, and ensure smooth adoption. Daily tasks include coordinating onboarding timelines, conducting product demos, creating basic training materials, capturing feedback, and escalating technical or product issues to internal teams when needed. The role also involves monitoring early usage data, supporting customers during their first weeks on the platform, and identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
- Experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation — ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled services.
