Job Summary

The Head of Applications is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of the company's business applications ecosystem. This role will lead the internal applications team and manage external vendors and implementation partners supporting the organization's digital landscape, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Website
- Customer Mobile Application
- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Platform
- Related integrations, middleware, reporting, and business applications

The role will ensure application stability, business alignment, operational excellence, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous innovation to support the company's retail, wholesale, manufacturing, inventory, customer engagement, and analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the enterprise application portfolio, with a focus on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM, BI tools,



and other business applications.
- Drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft D365 ERP across all business units.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and design scalable application solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for major application initiatives including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and change management.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to application development and support teams.
- Ensure application reliability, availability, and performance through effective governance and support models.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and solution providers, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Apply ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management processes.
