About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and target-driven International Sales Telecallers to join our growing team at Adret Software Services. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects in the USA and Australia, pitching our services, and driving sales success.

Shift Timings (Pick Your Process):
- Australia Process: Early Morning Shift (Starts 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM IST)
- USA Process: Night Shift (Starts 8:30 PM / 9:00 PM IST)*(Note: Shift timing alignment and drop/travel allowances discussed during the interview).*

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are highly welcome).
- Language Skills:



Excellent/Fluent English communication is mandatory (clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, and confidence pitching to international clients).
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in International Voice Processes (Prior Sales, Upselling, or Lead Generation experience will fetch a higher salary bracket).
- Mindset: Target-oriented, resilient, and fully comfortable working in international shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B/B2C sales calls to prospects in the USA or Australia.
- Pitch company services effectively, professionally handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and follow up diligently.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets.
