About the Role:

1) Program Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage the complete lifecycle of academic programs.
- Ensure all deliverables are executed as per agreed SLAs with partner institutions.
2) Academic Operations Management
- Execute the academic calendar effectively, including:
- Course delivery and faculty coordination
- Examination planning and execution
- Learning platform/application support
3) Student support services
- Student Success & Engagement
- Monitor student progress and engagement.
- Implement interventions to improve learning outcomes, retention, and completion rates.
4) New Initiatives Implementation
- Lead and operationalize new initiatives introduced by partner universities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and adoption of current programs or processes.

Project & Operations Management
- Drive structured project management practices to ensure zero operational gaps.
- Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution.
6) Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a client-centric approach.
7) Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in online learning operations.
- Implement quality enhancement initiatives for better service delivery.
8) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Academics, Support).
- Ensure alignment between university expectations and internal execution teams.
9) Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on program performance and key metrics.
