We are currently expanding our recruitment team and looking for experienced US IT and Non-IT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad and Noida offices.
Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven US IT & Non-IT Recruiters with proven experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States.
The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting recruitment targets and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified consultants and candidates.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
