Role Description
The Key Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kheda. The individual in this role will manage and grow relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met through tailored solutions and consistent communication. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining account plans, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders, and resolving customer issues promptly.



The Key Account Manager will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, prepare reports, and support strategic business planning to increase revenue and profitability. The role also involves regular customer visits, negotiation of terms, and proactive follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
