We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team working on our cloud-native product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, have worked on cloud-native and virtualization technologies, and have a willingness to learn new technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of cloud-native products and services.
- Learn and collaborate with the team to design and implement the product roadmap.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments using Platform9 products, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our product line.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with programming in Python or Golang.
- 5-8 years of experience in a software development role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Strong knowledge and exposure in networking protocols, OR, storage systems, is desirable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes or Openstack/Devstack is a plus.
- Prior experience with Linux networking stack, IAM, kernel modules, and device drivers is a plus
