Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Sales Trainee at Estinio Group. The Sales Trainee will support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospective clients through the company’s residential, commercial, and investment offerings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and applying sales processes, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and online channels, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and assisting in preparing basic proposals or property presentations. The role involves collaborating with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements, participating in virtual training sessions, and continuously building knowledge of Estinio’s services and the local real estate market. The Sales Trainee is expected to contribute to a skilled, client-focused experience while developing skills for future growth in sales.
