About the Role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising end‑to‑end. This includes account setup, campaign execution, conversion tracking, and reporting across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage ad accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Create and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Implement conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- Manage lead forms, landing pages, and conversion events.
- Oversee budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing.
- Write and test ad copy, coordinate creatives, and run A/B tests.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Build clear reports and dashboards with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with platform changes and ad policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience with audience creation and management.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking and website integrations.
- Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC).
- Analytical mindset with robust communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Exposure to TikTok, X/Twitter, Microsoft Ads, or programmatic channels.
- Knowledge of CRO and landing‑page tools.
- Basic dashboarding skills (Looker Studio).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
