Job Purpose

The Lead - Total Rewards & Shared Services is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously enhancing the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll governance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes. The role will drive Total Rewards strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring efficient delivery of HR shared services, process excellence, compliance, employee experience, and operational effectiveness across the organization. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure competitive rewards practices, process standardization, and service delivery excellence.

Qualification and Experience

1. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute

2. Additional certifications in Compensation & Perks, Rewards Management, HR Analytics, or HR Operations will be an advantage

3. 815 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Compensation & Perks, Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, and HR Governance

4. Experience in retail, hospitality,



FMCG, QSR, or large multi-location organizations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards
- Design, review, and administer compensation structures, salary benchmarks, incentive programs, and reward frameworks.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts, and market benchmarking.
- Ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs through market intelligence and industry best practices.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, retirement, and other employee offerings.
- Conduct compensation analytics and provide insights to support talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning.
- Ensure governance and compliance of all compensation and benefits processes.
