Position Summary
The University is seeking a knowledgeable and industry-oriented
E-Commerce Trainer
to deliver high-quality education and practical training in E-Commerce, Digital Business, and Online Retail Management. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' theoretical understanding and practical skills in online business operations, digital marketing, marketplace management, payment systems, logistics, customer relationship management, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and laboratory sessions in E-Commerce and Digital Business.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and study materials.
- Develop course content aligned with NEP, industry requirements, and university curriculum.
- Conduct classroom discussions using real-world business examples and case studies.
- Evaluate students through assignments, quizzes, projects,
presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance, internal assessment records, and academic documentation.
Practical & Industry Training
- Train students on major E-Commerce platforms including:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Meesho
- Demonstrate complete online store setup and management.
- Guide students in:
- Product Listing
- Product Photography
- Inventory Management
- Order Processing
- Pricing Strategy
- Returns & Refund Management
- Customer Service
- Conduct live projects and simulations.
Digital Marketing Training
Train students in:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM / Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- AI Tools for Digital Marketing
