What you'll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR
- Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
- Takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Can manage responsibilities independently while being a great team player
