Role & responsibilities -

1. Contract Management - Draft, review, and manage supply chain related contracts and agreements. Ensure contract compliance, timely renewals, and alignment with commercial and legal requirements. Coordinate with legal, finance, and business teams for contract approvals and updates.

2. Billing & Financial Management- Oversee purchase orders, invoices, goods receipt, and billing cycles. Validate vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Track budget utilization, cost allocations, and financial reconciliation. Work closely with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

3. Materials Management- Monitor inventory levels and material planning. Manage material procurement, tracking, and stock optimization. Ensure timely availability of materials to support project and operational needs. Maintain accurate material master data and documentation.

4. Partner Management -




- Identify and evaluate execution partners/contractors based on project requirements.
- Assign partners to telecom projects as per location, manpower, and resource availability.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, registration, and agreement execution.
- Maintain a centralized database of approved vendors and execution partners.
- Ensure all statutory and compliance documents of partners are valid and up to date.

Preferred candidate profile -
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP tools (Align Book Preferred, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
