Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Noida.
The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable interfaces across Droot’s platforms and systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking to solve complex problems, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets, and iterating based on feedback and data. The role involves translating business requirements and user needs into explicit interaction flows and design specifications while maintaining consistency with design standards and guidelines. The Product Designer will also participate in usability testing, contribute to design documentation, and help evolve the design system for Droot’s product ecosystem.
