Role Description
The Sales Operations (Modern Trade) role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing modern trade sales activities, including managing key retail accounts, coordinating with field sales teams, and ensuring effective execution of sales plans. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance,



analyzing store-level data, monitoring promotions, and maintaining accurate records of pricing, discounts, and agreements. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen relationships with modern trade partners, and support customer service activities to enhance satisfaction and retention. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
