What You'll Do
:
- Lead the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity assessment through final submission.
- Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and writing plans.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitations to ensure full compliance.
- Manage proposal writers, SMEs, recruiters, pricing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Write, edit, review, and finalize proposal content, including management approach, staffing plans, recruiting strategy, quality assurance, transition plans, past performance, and key personnel sections.
- Conduct proposal reviews and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, page limits, formatting, and submission guidelines.
- Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and reusable content.
