Job Title: Team Leader – Field Operations Sales (FOS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Field Operations Sales (FOS) to lead and drive a high-performing field sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, proven leadership experience, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets while mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Field Operations Sales (FOS) team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

* Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales executives to maximize productivity and performance.

* Drive customer acquisition through field sales activities and local market development.

* Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-ground support.

* Ensure daily sales planning, pipeline management, and target achievement.

* Monitor individual and team KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.





* Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

* Work closely with the Branch Manager and other stakeholders to execute sales strategies.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational processes.

* Maintain high service standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a field sales team.

* Prior experience in Field Sales is mandatory.

* Experience in the Insurance or Banking (BFSI) industry is preferred.

* Solid leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Graduation is mandatory.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
