Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Angel Investor role focused on supporting Cloud Counselage’s growth and impact. The Angel Investor will evaluate the company’s business model, growth plans, and financial projections,



and provide strategic input on fundraising, valuation, and capital structure. Day-to-day activities may include reviewing investor decks and data rooms, participating in regular calls with the founding team, and advising on market expansion, partnerships, and monetization strategies for the Quantum AI-driven super app and global community. The role also involves leveraging personal networks to explore co-investment opportunities, introductions to potential partners, and participation in key strategic discussions as the company scales.

Qualifications
- Experience as an angel investor or early-stage startup investor, with familiarity in evaluating technology and social-impact ventures.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, startup fundraising, term sheets, and equity structures.
