Responsibilities
Interact with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customers' credit-related concerns and provide initial guidance.
Explain HelloScore's services in a simple and professional manner.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
Build strong relationships through excellent communication and customer support.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
*Requirements*
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (mandatory).
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to learn and develop current skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
