- RB Diagnostic is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Care Executive / Diagnostic Assistant to support daily diagnostic operations
- The role involves patient coordination, clinical assistance, sample handling, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory patient experience while strictly adhering to standard operating procedures
Department Branch Operations
Reporting To Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Receive billing details from the front desk, call patients to the designated room, and greet them courteously
- Record patients medical history, current illness, and ongoing medications, if any
- Brief patients about the procedure, estimated time for completion, and address patient queries effectively
- Assist clinicians and technicians as and when required during diagnostic procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate sample collection and forward image attachments/reports to doctors for reporting
- Maintain smooth workflow by strictly following RB Diagnostics standard policies and procedures
- Coordinate effectively with all departments to maintain cordial interdepartmental relationships
- Monitor and optimize patient satisfaction by reviewing turnaround time (TAT) and service quality
- Request and encourage patients to provide Google reviews to enhance service visibility and feedback
Required Skills Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Patient-centric attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced diagnostic workplace
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic procedures and patient handling
- Team player with strong coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma in healthcare/paramedical field (preferred)
- Prior experience (Min 2 years) in a diagnostic centre or healthcare setup will be an advantage
