The Position
Manager - CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), India
Location:
India (Gurgaon / PAN-India travel required)

Reporting to:
Head – Marketing & Strategy

The Manager – CSR will lead and scale Carrier India’s CSR strategy and programmes across
sustainability, environment stewardship, and skill development
, aligned to national priorities and Carrier’s global purpose of creating safe, sustainable, and intelligent climate solutions.

The role will be responsible for driving
high-impact, measurable initiatives
, building strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with CSR regulations, and strengthening Carrier’s reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.

Role & Responsibilities
- CSR Strategy & Programme Leadership
- Design and execute Carrier India’s CSR roadmap across:
- Sustainability & Environmental Impact (e.g., climate, air quality, circularity)
- Skill Development (HVAC
