Interior Sales

We are looking for sales-driven Architects and Interior Designers who can turn their design expertise into successful client conversions. This is primarily a sales role requiring strong consultation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore

Experience: 1–6 years

Key responsibilities:
- Engage with leads and understand their interior requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct persuasive sales consultations for residential interior projects.
- Present design concepts, quotations, and commercial proposals confidently.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close projects successfully.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase project value.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.




- Coordinate with design and execution teams for a smooth post-sales handover.
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals.

What we’re looking for:
- 1–6 years of experience in residential interior sales, design sales, or business development.
- Qualification or professional background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A strong sales mindset with proven ability to achieve targets and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of residential interiors, materials, finishes, layouts, and costing.
- Confidence in handling multiple leads and maintaining disciplined follow-ups.
- A proactive, competitive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
