Job Requirements :
- 12-30 years of experience in software development or IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) including design patterns, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
