to lead sales operations, drive market expansion, and strengthen distribution channels. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the
FMCG industry
, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets for the Katni region.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor/dealer networks in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key channel partners.
- Identify recent market opportunities and expand product reach across the region.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to improve market penetration and revenue growth.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits to review business performance and strengthen customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and supply management.
- Ensure timely collection and adherence to company sales processes.
